Option 1: 5456 Ball Bearing – Stock-Friendly Bolt-On

Bearing Type: Ball Bearing

Power Capability: 400 HP

Fuel Requirements: Pump gas friendly

Supporting Mods Needed: NONE

Converter Requirement: Stock converter OK

Intercooler: Factory intercooler compatible

Why This Turbo:
This is hands-down the best turbo for a mostly stock Grand National owner. We’ve tested it extensively — it delivers huge gains without forcing extra upgrades. Perfect for clients who want immediate results without chasing parts.

Option 2: TA5857 Journal Bearing – Street Performance Upgrade

Bearing Type: Journal Bearing

Power Capability: ~525 HP

Fuel Requirements: E85 or Methanol Injection

Converter Requirement: Minimum 2800 stall

Intercooler: Upgraded recommended

Why This Turbo:
The next step up from the 5456. Ideal for owners ready to step into real performance while keeping the car streetable. Requires proper fuel and converter support.

Option 3: 5957 “Street Killa” Turbo – Aggressive Street Setup

Bearing Type: Journal Bearing

Power Capability: ~550 HP

Fuel Requirements: E85 or Methanol Injection

Converter Requirement: 3000 stall recommended

Best Paired With: Ported iron heads

Why This Turbo:
This is where things start getting serious. The Street Killa is designed for owners chasing strong street power with proven supporting mods. Excellent match for ported heads and a dialed-in combo.
