  • Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are typically calculated within the price of the purchase. However for oversized items and items that are shipped outside of the united states you will receive a shipping rate at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package until it arrives at your destination.

5. International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs for international orders may vary.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged at customs/border entries. 

6. Shipping Restrictions

7. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not financially responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. 
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
