Turbo 6 Parts Complete Hydroboost Line Kit
Front Disc → Rear Drum (Limited Release – Only 2 Kits Available)
Works with BOTH brake pedals — no swapping required.
This Hydroboost system works with either a Regal vacuum pedal or a Grand National Powermaster pedal.
The Hydroboost unit includes a dual-pin setup, so there’s no need to hunt down pedals or convert anything.
Bolt it in. Move forward.
Built Over 4 Years — Released for the Community
We’ve been developing this Hydroboost setup for over 10 years on real Turbo Buicks. Instead of waiting until every billet accessory is finished, we’re releasing this kit now for owners who need strong, reliable braking today.
The only remaining piece is a billet reservoir mounting bracket — and we’d love community support on developing a clean custom mount to match our line kit.
👉 Many of you have been asking for this kit after seeing it in our YouTube video.
If you haven’t watched it yet (or need a quick reference), here it is:

What This Kit Does
This replaces your factory vacuum or Powermaster brakes with modern hydraulic assist braking powered by your power steering system.
That means:
Stronger braking at low speed
Consistent pedal feel
Better control under boost
No vacuum dependency
No Powermaster failures
This is how modern performance cars stop.
Current Configuration
✅ Front Disc → Rear Drum
(Front & rear disc line kits coming soon.) Only use this kit for Disc to Drum setup. Lines coming from the adjustable proportioning valve need a residual valve installed and we are currently designing that kit.
What’s Included
🔧 Complete Hydroboost Line Kit
Custom-built hydraulic hoses designed specifically for Turbo Buick hydroboost conversions:
High-pressure line from power steering pump to Hydroboost
High-pressure line from Hydroboost to steering gear
Low-pressure return from Hydroboost to reservoir
-10AN return from reservoir to power steering pump
-6AN feed from reservoir to steering gear
Dual brake lines from proportioning valve to factory brake line location. This help with those very tiny micro adjustments needed.
These lines eliminate guesswork and provide a clean, professional plumbing layout that prevents cavitation, aeration, and inconsistent braking.
🛢️ PSC 3-Port Baffled Power Steering Reservoir + Anti-Splash Vent
Designed specifically for hydroboost systems with:
Dedicated return ports
Internal baffling
Proper -10AN pump feed
Anti-splash venting
This keeps fluid stable under braking and steering loads while protecting your power steering pump.
🛑 Hydroboost Unit (Black or Polished Mounting Plate)
Hydraulic brake booster with dual pedal pin for Regal or Grand National brake pedals.
This is the core of the system — converting hydraulic pressure into serious stopping power.
🧰 Wilwood Master Cylinder
High-quality aluminum master cylinder options with correct bore sizing for hydroboost:
Standard body style
Polished finish
Designed for consistent pedal feel and proper fluid volume
⚖️ Front Disc → Rear Drum Proportioning Valve
Stock location Proportioning Valve - Balances brake pressure between front and rear to prevent lockup and improve stability.
( front disc → rear disc valve will be offered in the near future.)
🧵 Braided Stainless Brake Lines
Street-legal stainless lines connecting to Front caliper and Rear drum tee.
These eliminate rubber line expansion and significantly improve pedal firmness.
🔒 Residual Pressure Valve
Maintains proper rear drum brake pressure for consistent pedal height and engagement.
Small part — big difference.
💧 Fluids Included
High-performance DOT 4 brake fluid
Power steering fluid (we recommend approximately 3 quarts total)
Important Notes
Front Disc → Rear Drum only (for now)
Front & Rear Disc kits coming soon
Only 3 complete kits available currently
Billet reservoir mounting bracket still in development — community collaboration welcome
