Twin Turbo v6 headers for production style heads.
Based on our inspection, they appear to clear fans, accessories, and common bolt-on layouts without cutting, modifying, or having to get extremely creative. A DIY installer may need to finesse a bracket or two depending on their setup, but that’s part of the fun when you’re building something unique.
Condition Notes:
Headers are new and have never been run..
Flange Flatness: 9/10✅- flanges aren't perfectly flat, but they are flat enough and within spec to install with a gasket. We'd reccomend using a .060 cometic header gasket with these headers.
Bolt Hole Accessibility: 8/10✅- Headers bolt right up to the head, no drilling required. We installed these headers onto the engine within minutes. They fit! We'd recommend using Allen Head Bolts. Hex head bolts touch some of the primary tubes
Flow Design: 8/10✅- the design on these are beautiful and are appropriately sized to make 800+ horsepower. We'd reccomend adding some bracing to the driver side header so that it can support the weight for the turbo.
Engine Bay Presentation: 8/10✅ - We have not installed these headers into an engine that's in the car. (Only engine stand test fitment) everything appears to be positioned in a way that will clear accessories and fans without any further modifications.
